St. Mary’s Episcopal Church was founded in 1949. St. Mary’s is a parish in the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama, which is part of The Episcopal Church, a province of the worldwide Anglican Communion, and a part of the one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. 

Our worship is liturgical, meaning that we join together in prayers found in The Book of Common Prayer and follow a three year cycle of readings from scripture called the Revised Common Lectionary. We invite you to join us and share in the prayers and the Holy Eucharist!
